When does the season begin? When do I need to sign up?
Practices begin in March; season runs from April through October with games played on the weekends (except during holiday weekends). T20s usually last about 3.5 hours; P40s are twice that. You can join at any time!
How much are the membership dues?
Fees vary each year and it depends on whether you wish to play one or both formats. Students generally pay a discounted fee. Contact officers for more details.
Which team will I play for?
This generally depends on your skill level and club needs. LCC has 3 T20 teams, ranging from very competitive to recreational. Of our two P40 teams, one is normally competing for the league championship and the other is geared more towards developing players. We encourage everyone to attend a practice or two and make a collaborative decision with club leadership.
Do you play all your games at Cornerstone?
No. But, LCC teams normally play at least half our games (i.e., home games) at Cornerstone. The rest depends on which opponents we are drawn against; league game venues range from Fort Collins in the North to Colorado Springs in the South.
What equipment will I need?
At a minimum you will need your own personal protective gear, but the club can assist with the rest.
